After this incident Daniel never threw a fit about not wearing his shoes again. Now if we can do the same with his other clothes. (I know that my perspective is pretty skewed...gimme a break I'm working on this background thing!:)

Cartoons From Work...

Every now and then I will be posting some cartoons that come from my experiences at Denso Manufacturing Tennessee (DMTN). We make the world's best (no exaggeration) starters and alternators and I think they make some electronic trinkets across the street (OK, slight exaggeration) at our other facilities. These are all true stories like my other cartoons because I truly believe that to find the wierd, strange, outlandish and sometimes just plain stupid, you need look no further than your own life:)

YAY! We finally closed!!!

Yes, we finally made it to closing. Thanks to our fearless and determined real estate agent and our wonderful mortgage broker (yes, I always thought that would be an oxymoron too) we crossed the finish line. We are now sitting surrounded by boxes in our new house still in a state of disbelief. I do feel that I suffered some emotional consequences throughout this ordeal...

To Date We Have Had SEVEN Sceduled Closing Days!!!

It may be hard to understand, but this exact same scenario happened six times. It felt just like the movie "Groundhog Day" with Bill Murray. One of the seller's that lived in Texas actually lied saying that his information was on the way and we should recieve it. When the mail came every day...it wasn't there!

Maybe I CAN Learn Something:)

I learned something new! I got this book from the library providing a bunch of tips for cartooning. It suggested using a felt-tipped pen to outline then erasing the pencil lines. Now that I do it, it sounds like common sense...oh well.
